Cape Planning Board requests clarification from wind farm developer



 Cape Vincent will not be the entity to terminate the application...That would give the developer grounds to argue that the municipality has been unreasonable in its dealings related to the company’s wind application, Mr. Macsherry had said.

CAPE VINCENT — The town Planning Board on Friday decided not to take any action on BP’s local application for the Cape Vincent Wind Farm.
The Planning Board recently had demanded that BP Wind Energy share its latest plans with town officials and update, amend or abandon its local application.
